RAVAPI is one of the largest licensed billing and logistics partners in Poland for the most popular ride-hailing, courier, delivery platforms, and selected TAXI corporations, cooperating with companies such as Uber, Bolt, Free Now.
They associate thousands of drivers and couriers all over the country.
Our collaboration with RAVAPI began in 2020 and continues today. The first project we implemented was a website with a driver/courier registration form and with an automatic generation of documents needed for employment. Over time, a large field has emerged to improve the organization of data, documents, files, as well as appropriate management and automation. We started work on the system for managing drivers, fleet, branches, and HR and payroll settlements in January 2021, we completed full production in June 2021, and we implement new functionalities for RAVAPI to this day, that help them develop and adapt to economic changes.
"Our collaboration from the beginning was smooth and committed, so I wholeheartedly recommend 8 Bits Further as a specialist in its industry and a reliable and trustworthy business partner."— Rafał Berdyga Onwer RAVAPI
As part of the project, we have created a dedicated software to manage most of the company’s administrative work. The main goal was to automate processes and work. The data had to be kept secure due to its nature. Customers should be getting things done with ease, and employees should be more productive.
We showed our commitment to the company’s case and extensive knowledge of software development. Thanks to this, Ravapi knew that it was paying for high quality.
The listed elements of the scope are not all implementations under the project.
At the design stage, we helped to explain what changes will occur in the process and what results to expect. We have prepared mock-ups and a broad description of what the new system will look like. Communication took place via popular video chat tools, telephone, and e-mail.
We have introduced our clients to our project management software. That gave them the ability to track work progress and simplify requesting new features process.
As part of the project, we created a web application available from the level of a web browser. We have set up the entire server infrastructure so that the system can run efficiently.
We focus on data security, but also their accessibility and proper allocation.
The user interface is designed to be clear, modern, and easy to use. To meet that goal, we followed principles of creating application design with Material Design to use the best practice in this manner. We are used to these types of interfaces these days. Creating applications this way allows increasing workers' productivity and speed.
The application is responsive, which means that the whole interface scales to a user’s device. Regarding that, users can easily access the system from phones or tablets.
To make it easier for users to change the work tool, we have prepared a user manual and conducted training on the use of the system.
Our cooperation did not end with the implementation of the project. To this day, RAVAPI orders new modules from us and uses the work of our specialists to make working with the system more efficient, safe, and adapted to the constantly changing market realities.
The main goal of the project was to increase brand recognition of the Bezproblem brand and to attract more job candidates.
Without a well-made website, it's hard to grow a business these days. Hence, we undertook to support the Bezproblem company in this step.
We have been recommended by the RAVAPI company, for which we previously implemented a proprietary website. It was significant proof to trust our professionalism.
For the purposes of this project, we outsourced some graphic work to an external graphic designer, previously agreeing on the competencies and method of coordination with the client. When the graphic design passed the phase of corrections and acceptance, we started the implementation of our original website.
Throughout the production process, we were in constant contact by e-mail and telephone. We created a test instance, thanks to which it was possible to freely track the progress of our work and test the operation of selected elements.
As part of the project, we created a website with a modern, clean, and well-organized appearance. As a result, access to information is intuitive and easy.
The website is fully responsive and allows visitors to choose between
Polish. We've added a well-crafted contact form to help visitors stay connected with the company.
We implemented the entire project from start to finish, starting with design, development, SEO, and ending with server management and implementation.
Hundreds of people visit the website, which translates into a significant increase in the website's recognition and an increase in the number of inquiries from potential job candidates. The effect is measured thanks to connected tools such as Google Analytics.
We are constantly in touch with the Bezproblem company, ready to take action for them. The website does not require our attention for a long time, but we can see that it continues to do its job well.
The implementation of this project had two goals.
One of them was to increase brand recognition and encourage future candidates to cooperate with a partner.
The second, much more demanding one, was to enable the candidates to self-registration with the receipt of automatically generated documents needed to start cooperation. This goal was demanding due to the specificity of the candidate and his limited skills in handling electronic devices.
They found us via LinkedIn. The certainty as to the choice of us as a solution provider appeared after several meetings, during which we tried to jointly develop a strategy, we explained the essence of the problem and its solution as well as potential development plans for the future.
Our cooperation began with determining the needs, defining the client's specificity, and designing a graphic template. When the graphic design passed the phase of corrections and acceptance, we started the implementation of our proprietary website.
Throughout the implementation process, we were in constant touch by e-mail and telephone. We created a test instance, thanks to which it was possible to freely track the progress of our work and test the operation of selected elements.
As part of the project, we created a proprietary website. The website contains a registration form for candidates for drivers or couriers. In addition, one of the website modules automatically generates contracts and includes an e-mail sending system to deliver documents directly to applicants.
We have focused heavily on accessibility to give visitors easy access to the information they require and allow them to register to start cooperation.
Every day, dozens of drivers register via the form, which allows RAVAPI to grow at a tremendous pace.
We stay in touch all the time and introduce new improvements to the appearance, functioning of the website, and performance to maximize the possibility of acquiring new candidates for cooperation.
We also had to take care of our correct image on the web. Often the topic of our website was relegated to the background, in the view of the intensity of design work that we carry out for our clients.
After a few months of operation of the website, a need arose to implement a tool that would allow us to modify the content faster and easier, to always present customers with up-to-date information about our activities.
Modesty will not speak for us. We consider ourselves great craftsmen in the field of software development, so we did all the work ourselves.
We carried out the project in the same way as for our clients. We do not skip the stages of the development process just because we do it for ourselves. Therefore, we first prepared a graphic design that we thoroughly check up at an angle of the information provided.
After preparing the template, we started creating our proprietary website, which we later integrated with the content management tool.
We created a website with a modern, clean, and well-organized look. As a result, access to information is intuitive and easy.
The website is fully responsive, so you can easily use the website on mobile devices and computers. We made the design, presenting a modern and technological attitude, so the colors and graphics facilitate the reception of the content. We have added a well-crafted contact form to help visitors stay in touch with us.
Furthermore, we implemented the management panel using the Orchard Core tool and our modules. Thanks to this, we have a lot of freedom in modifying and adding new content to the website.
We completed the entire project from start to finish, from design, development, SEO, to server management and implementation.
We constantly see new needs related to our website, and we try to save time to take care of our visitors.
One of the things we are planning for the near future is to create a knowledge base to provide our clients and all interested parties with more reliable information in terms of software development.
